Our goal is personally communicate with the home owner and work together to conduct comprehensive visual assessment of their property to identify routine maintenance needs or define the scope for a specific landscaping and / or handyman Task. Our representatives can also assist you in signing up for Scheduled maintenance while on site. $5,000 total cost maximum limit on all work orders. For all Projects determined to be under $5,000 total cost, we will provide a detailed bid and timeline following the visit. No work will be performed at the time this visit.
